I have enjoyed playing this game. However, there are a few "traditional" slots which are just OK. It is very entertaining. Many new slots included with this product. I have read other reviews that have been negative, but this is not in my experience. It works fine on my newer PC that has Windows Vista Home Premium installed.
I have not played this game since I received it. I will then issue a review. I realized that my PC did not have enough memory for it. My daughter (computer tech) is going to add the memory this week end. I wish I had known this when I bought it. I wouldn'roberta Strickland
It's a serious WASTE of $$. In LIVE efx's GOONS will THROW YOU OUT if you COMPLAIN. I read on their msg boards to look at their better business bureau rating so I did.its an F.
TERRIBLE customer service.NO support at all. It will CRASH your computer all the time. Full of bugs.
No surprise.Stay away from this TRASH.LIVE is even WORSE. They DO NOT answer emails and are RUDE when you try to call with a problem. They will NOT refund your money once you open the package.

As I stated in my review of this title's sister game, Reel Deal Millionaire's Club, the online MMO aspect of the games (which work together online) are suffering from a variety of technical issues such as booting, lag, and glitches as of this writing in March '09. It's as close to going to a real casino as you're going to get right now on a video game, and without having to spend your real world cash.If you want a slot game, this is the one to get. (For those you will need to additionally pick up Reel Deal Millionaire's Club).
It is my feeling that good heavily outweighs the problems, and I continue to enjoy playing regardless of them. 2 new ones are available for download every month also, to add to your collection. However, if you have the patience for that, there is a very worthwhile game in there.
The Reel Deal games have the best slots I've ever seen in a video game, and are better than many brick and mortar casino games. However, if you are a stickler for such issues I highly recommend picking this title up at a later date after the developers have had a chance to repair some of these issues - possibly a few months from now or when the new installments of Reel Deal games come out in September. I would point out that there are no problems with the offline game, only the online MMO play.This game is slots only, no casino table games.
The art for the slots is top notch, and the bonus rounds play out as fun minigames.Online you can participate in a 3D casino MMO world where you create an avatar, walk around, play the games, level up, and get rewarded for your experience earned. If the technical problems are an issue for you, either wait to buy or plan to play offline only for a while.
I called Phantoms' customer support. Tried on two separate fairly new lap-tops. Neither of them worked. They told me to purchase better graphic cards for my computers and then hung up. Now I'm stuck with a game that I can't play with.
